Keeping up a high quality and hugely prolific rate of release, Get Physical now welcome Italian star Flashmob to remix label founders M.A.N.D.Y’s classic ‘Jah’ track, while a 2018 remaster is also included.
Flashmob runs his own self-titled label and brings real invention and big room appeal to house and techno. He has also released on Defected, Hot Creations and Snatch! as well as Get Physical before now and is a regular at the world’s biggest parties.
The excellent ‘Jah’ was a huge hit for MANDY in 2005 and now he reworks it into a dazzling piece of tech house. It’s intense, with an epic breakdown featuring spoken word snippets, busy snares and laser like synths that make it feel like an intergalactic battle. It’s a brilliant ‘hands in the air’ tune that’s designed to blow up the floor.
The 2018 Remaster cleans up the track and makes the drums pop even more. It has a dark intention and lots of spooky synths that make for a haunting atmosphere that is as compelling now as it was the day it was released more than a decade ago.
These are two surefire hits once again from Get Physical.
