Cominciamo il nostro ciclo di appuntamenti LUP con un duo tutto italiano: BEATMOVEMENT, composto da Mattia e Simone.
V: Ciao ragazzi, prima di tutto grazie per aver accettato il mio invito, onorato di avervi come primi ospiti.
Cominciamo con una domanda classica; parlatemi un pò di voi, chi è Mattia, e chi Simone?
B: Ciao e grazie a te Vincenzo per averci ospitati.
Siamo due giovani ragazzi Salentini, terra di musica e tradizione;
M: (Classe ’93) fin da piccolo ho amato la musica Jazz & Hip Hop, mi dava ritmo e soprattutto mi ha aperto il mondo delll’Old School e della sua originalità.
S: (Classe ’92) sono stato tirato sù dai vinili di famiglia risalenti all’epoca della sperimentazione elettronica e rock di gruppi come Depeche Mode, R.e.m ecc… il seguito è facile da capire……….
V: Come vi siete conosciuti, raccontatemi del vostro incontro
B: Avvenne in età adolescenziale, siamo subito diventati amici condividendo la stessa passione.
V: Parlatemi dei progetti in cantiere
B: I progetti futuri sono già ben chiari. Stiamo lavorando duramente per trovare il “sound del futuro”, quel sound che non si dimentica facilmente, ma che al contrario, possa esprimere ciò che realmente siano le nostre emozioni e che possa raccontare quello che è il progetto “Beat Movement”.
V: In pratica una continua ricerca della perfezione, Fantastico.
Per quanto riguarda le vostre prossime release?
B: Abbiamo già chiuso delle release per questo inverno; l’ Italiana Vilena Records, con remix del calibro di “Standard Fair”, Krypton (sub-label di Intec) e proprio sulla tua La Pitti Records.
V: Wow, ottime notizie ragazzi.

We begin our series of events LUP with an Italian duo: BEATMOVEMENT, of Mattia and Simone.
V: Hello guys, thank you for accepting my invitation, I’m very happy to have you as our first guests.
Let’s start with a classic question; tell me about you, who is Mattia and who is Simone?
B: Tnx Vincenzo and thank you for hosting us.
We are two young boys from Salento, a land of music and tradition;
M: (Born in 1993) since when I was a child I loved Jazz music & Hip Hop.This kind of music gave me the rhythm and it has opened me the Old School world and its originality.
S: (Born in 1992) I grew up listening to my family’s vinyls dating back to the rock and electronic experimentation of bands like Depeche Mode, REM, etc … my future is easy to understand ……….
V: How did you meet, tell me of your meeting
B: We were very young, we immediately became friends sharing the same passion.
V: Tell me about the next projects
B: Future projects are already clear. We are working hard to find the “sound of the future”, the sound that is not easily forgotten, but that on the contrary, can express what we really are, our emotions and that can tell what the project “Beat Movement” is.
V: Great, a constant search for perfection.
And what about next release?
